How to order a custom cake
- Send your reference photo via Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM, with a description of your requirements (size, number of servings, collection date).
- If you'd prefer to call first, +84 977 029 721 — then send the photo via either channel above so we can review it and give you a quote.
- Order at least 2–5 working days ahead. Confirm the exact lead time when you message us — it depends on the complexity of the design.
- Collect at the Ocean Park branch (Tòa S1.12, Vinhomes Ocean Park, Gia Lâm, Hanoi), or arrange delivery — ask us when you message.
