How many locations does Sẻ's Bakery have and where are they?+
Sẻ's Bakery has two locations in Hanoi: one at 4 Ngõ 14 Phố Huỳnh Thúc Kháng, Giảng Võ (inner-city) and one at Tòa S1.12, Nội Khu Vinhomes Ocean Park, Gia Lâm (east of the city).
Which branch is closest to where I am?+
If you're in central Hanoi (Đống Đa, Ba Đình, Hoàn Kiếm), the Huỳnh Thúc Kháng shop is your closest option. If you're in Gia Lâm, Long Biên, or inside Vinhomes Ocean Park, head to the Ocean Park branch. Both branches share the same phone number: +84 977 029 721.
Do both branches have the same opening hours?+
Yes. Both locations are open daily from 09:00 to 21:00.
Do both branches carry the same cakes?+
Yes, both carry the full standard range — burned cheesecake, cake, and mousse cake. The Ocean Park branch additionally takes custom birthday cake orders made from a photo you send.
Is the menu fixed?+
No — a small core lineup (burned cheesecake, cake, mousse cake) is always available, and other flavors rotate day to day, sometimes repeating from a previous week or month. Check Instagram, Facebook, or come in to see what's available today.
Can I order a custom cake at the Huỳnh Thúc Kháng branch?+
No. Custom cakes made from a photo are only available at the Ocean Park branch (Tòa S1.12, Vinhomes Ocean Park, Gia Lâm). The Huỳnh Thúc Kháng branch does not take custom orders.
How do I order a cake made from a photo?+
Message us on Facebook Messenger (m.me/sebakeryvn) or Instagram DM (@se_bakery_) and attach your reference photo along with your requirements. If you'd prefer to call first (+84 977 029 721), you can then send the photo via either messaging channel afterwards. The cake is made at and collected from the Ocean Park branch.
Do you deliver?+
Yes. You can collect your cake in person at the branch, or arrange delivery — message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or call to sort out the details.
Is there seating?+
No. There is no seating at either location — takeaway or delivery only.
Can I order online through the website?+
No. Order by messaging us on Facebook Messenger (m.me/sebakeryvn), Instagram DM (@se_bakery_), or by calling +84 977 029 721. This website is a brochure — there is no shopping cart or order form.
How far ahead do I need to order?+
Individual slices from the standard menu can often be ordered same-day (subject to availability — message or call to check). A whole cake needs at least 6–7 hours' notice. Custom cakes made from a photo require at least 1–2 days — confirm when you message us.
Can I order on the same day?+
Possibly, for individual portions from the standard menu — message or call ahead to check availability. Whole cakes and custom orders are not available same-day.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, bank transfer, or QR code scan.
What is a burned cheesecake?+
A burned cheesecake is baked at very high heat so the top caramelises and chars — creating a lightly bitter, nutty crust that contrasts with the creamy, barely-set centre. No pastry base, no jam, just pure cheesecake.
Is there parking?+
Yes. At Huỳnh Thúc Kháng, there's motorbike and car parking right in front of the shop. At Ocean Park, park at the designated parking spot in the Vinhomes area nearby.
