Our Story
Sẻ started with batches of cakes baked at home and given to friends and family. The response was better than we expected, and we realised this was what we wanted to do every day — so a small bakery in Hanoi was born.
We use quality ingredients, no fillers to cut costs, no starch to fake texture. Every cake is handmade — no production line, no rushing. If we don't have enough for the day, that's fine; we don't cut corners.
